Short family trip

The property needs a renovation as everything is falling apart, the mattress is not comfortable & old, bathroom drainage is overflowing when just being used, the wall & ceiling dirty, however location is quite central and great for jogging to big park across the road.

• The property is in a fantastic location, and easily accessible to most places in Saigon • Unfortunately, my check-in time was delayed by 50 minutes whilst some fixes were being made to the lights, I was told to wait in the lobby with no clear picture of when I could check in • The apartment is in pretty poor shape, socket plates are missing, dust and dirt all around, table tops are worn, fridge has a strange smell. • Electrics were not working properly. For example, the light switches did not work and instead, you had to use a digital control panel. This was not communicated until I reached out to the owner.

This apartment is near L81 shopping mall. The location is very convenient to go to district 1. The room is so nice and cleaned. I am very pleased to stay here The room is suitable for couple and family

The apartment was adequate at best. The door to the outside wouldnt close properly, letting warm air in all night. The air conditioning wouldnt work properly. We were advised when we tried to access the pool it was not for short term people, only the property owners. We would not stay here again. The only good point was the staff, who were very polite and helpful.

The host is very nice, response really quick. She has the pick up service from the airport for me. I really like her providing service. The room is nice and cleaned. I will back to book this room. Highly recommend for you guys!

The apartment is in good condition. It has the shopping mall (Landmark 81) nearby. The convenient store open 24/7, I love this thing, I sometime go to the convenient store to eat at midnight. I dont see any apartment in Binh thanh having convenient store opened 24/7 in Binh thanh same as this place The host is very friendly. She always reply my message in 5 minutes and help me book taxi to the airport at midnight. She also help me buy a vietnamese sim card. I highly appreciate what she did and will come back to book her place again next time

An is a friendly host. She answer my question quickly The room is in good condition. The location is convient to come around. I come to District 1 in only 10 minutes by taxi. It is ok for me I will come back to book again.

タワマンで民泊をされているタイプ。 おそらく高級マンション街で、ファミリーもたくさん住んでいます。私は会いませんでしたが日本人も多く住んでいるようです。1階には、どのマンションにもコンビニや、ベトナムフード、韓国フードのお店。日本製品専門店などが入っているので何も不便しないです。近隣のショッピングモールに両替もあります。ただ、プールに入れると期待していたのですが、住民専用らしく旅行者は入れませんでした。 中心部にも移動しやすいので、便利な場所だと思います
