Amazing Hotel like a home away from home

The hotel staff is very friendly, customer centric, and especially; Kati who is the manager. She was very attentive to our needs and made us feel at home. Her persona and willingness to go the extra miles was infectious and she was a beacon of light. She took great pride in her work and we truly want to commend, her exceptional customer care and extreme ownership. Lastly, Levi was spectacular and took great pride in his work, and his passion took center stage. If we decide to go back to Vietnam, we have a home to stay at because Kati made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was wonderful. When we were leaving, Kati made certain we had a ride to get to the airport and she made sure, the driver was going to take us to the right terminal. Kati, thank you for everything and continue to shine like a beacon of light. You make this place wonderful.

This boutique hotel was so lovely. Gorgeous furnishings and decor. Bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The staff are incredibly well trained. They cannot do enough for you. Kelly was very helpful and extremely informative about the area. She was fantastic! Breakfast was top notch and served the best coffee. The location is perfect. Straight across the road from the markets and walking g distance to amazing bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in Ho Chi Minh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grand du lac was amazing !!! Staff were lovely special mention to Kelly and Levi who could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at this accommodation. Buffet Breakfast was the best we have ever had and our room was freshly renovated and very comfortable bed. Staff and accommodation are excellent definitely 5 stars!!
