I would like to give special thanks to the staff at the customer service desk. Their friendliness and willingness to help with our requests made our stay remarkable and memorable. Special appreciation to Jenny for her smiles and her great help in getting me the tasty cookies! In general, the hotel is clean and comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

This place is soo convenient to all the tourist areas. This is my 2nd time staying here and I love the staff here. They’re so sweet. Mike was outstanding. He showed us all the good spots and was very friendly . I will stay again!

Nice for those on a medium budget. All the staff were really nice and professional. They do keep a high standard of service. The room I had was pretty spacious for two beds. The bathroom was ok. The bathtub was a little high and can be scary for older people trying to get in and out. Also water just sprayed everywhere but the bathroom floors had a drain which did not pose too much of a problem. Just update the bathroom to a shower and it would be safer. Or add a rail for someone to hold into. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had booked an airport pickup through the hotel which costs $30 usd but had to wait 30 mins for the vehicle to arrive - terrible service, should have ordered a 'grab' for quicker service. We addressed it with the hotel, they said that was normal as cars were not allowed within the terminal, which is false as we observed mutiple vehicles coming through. The building could use a modernization as you can tell its dated, the ac within our room wasn't working; therefore, our sleep was terrible. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

great value for money

Great value for money. Coudlnt expect more for this Price. Rooms were clean, service was great, kind and very welcoming. Provided a little sandwhich for us the morning we left earlier to go to the airport and did not have time to enjoy the breakfast.

Well Located

Lovely cozy well located hotel. Walking distance from Food Street Market and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast which was included in bookings was nice. We enjoyed our short stay.

While check in, Adora hotel staffs change my room to their another branch Adora Art Hotel. That’s new. But many things to fix. Location is outstanding. Have to improve the catering service like menu names in front of the food.
