The Deluxe Room with Breakfast was small, but it was clean and functional. The buffet breakfast was very good, the room was peaceful and nice to start your day in. The pool area was nice however it does need more shade options. A few more umbrellas near the loungers would be so helpful. Staff at reception very nice and helpful. Only negative is their ‘free drink’ coupon they hand to you on check in. We used it the 2nd night, and were offered only either a beer or a fruit drink-nothing else. When we got them, one of each, they contained maybe 2-3 ounces. We were planning on eating dinner there but left our drinks behind and walked out. Better they don’t give out coupons for drinks.

I’m giving one star because I booked a room with a city view but was assigned a room facing a wall instead. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the lobby and the room. We experienced issues with the air conditioning as well. While the service from the bell attendant was good , the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Our room is the signature room, it is pretty roomy. The only thing is our room is very dark. Not a lot of lights.
