I was required to have my room "cleaned" after only being in the room for 3 days, in spite of my request to clean it myself. I had to sit in the cold for an hour and a half waiting. I am glad I was given a folding chair. This experience was very inconvenient. The company requires cancellation (where you loose your money) if you want to make any changes. It is ridiculous.
