Surf Court 70 is a two-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. King bed in the primary bedroom, double and twin beds in bedroom 2 plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Surf Court 70 is 1 block from the beach and also from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers will enjoy an easy stroll to and from the ocean. In addition, guests are able to park right in front of the entry door of the condo. Living room sliders open to a first floor patio to provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park.
