The villa accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a King bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bath, as well as a Queen bed in the second bedroom with a second full bath in the hallway. New flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room cater to all your multimedia needs. A beach path just steps from the unit leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean, ensuring quick and easy beach access.

For added convenience, the villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs left at the property, allowing you to be on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation. Additionally, 4 free adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles are provided at the unit.
