You will find none nicer, there is nothing else like this in SeaSide Villas! This condo has been completely remodeled and has extremely high end finishes. Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. WONDERFUL view of the ocean and close access to beach! This unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler! This unit also includes 2 BEACH CRUISER bikes at no extra charge, no need to rent your own! This is located on the quiet side of the complex for a bit more privacy! Has a large pool and BBQ area, outdoor showers are provided and Seaside Villas is located on the main bike path! Please limit your stay to 2 weeks. Check-in was easy! The kitchen had everything we needed! Wi-Fi was easily accessible. The room was very very clean A A A. Great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the not so great weather. Will recommend to friends!

This condo was as advertised and a great spot for our long weekend getaway! Even despite locking ourselves out (user-error), the property manager was quick to help us out. We loved using the bikes to get around all over the island! Definitely would recommend this place for great getaway!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway!

This unit has many updates and was perfect for just the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Anything we needed was readily available! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress- we both found it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! We didn’t move the car our entire trip (which my husband was happy about)! Definitely would return to this lovely property!

Updated, Clean. As Advertised

This condo is a keyless entry on the first floor with good ocean views. Upon first arrival, the unit looked and smelled very clean! It is beautifully updated and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the closet space large enough for clothes and shoes for two. A large dresser in the bedroom holds plenty of clothes. The bikes provided are very nice and not too worn. The only thing that needs any improvement is the lighting in the bathroom (definitely not dim) which my wife wished was only a little brighter to put on her make-up and the exhaust fan needs updated with a stronger unit. With that said, my wife and I did not want to leave. The owner was engaged, responded quickly to questions, and appeared to want to help in any way she could. We will definitely try to rent this unit again when we return to HHI.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a perfect spot. Walking distance to the Beach which we went to everyday. Lots of Restaurants close by and shopping. So much to do. Room was great very clean. Great location. Coligny Park was close by which had a lot of shopping and restaurants. Was the perfect relaxing vacation for my Husband and I.

Perfect Space and Incredible Location

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations. I have zero regrets about choosing this property and highly recommend.

Heidi was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and in a great location. It was small but okay for 2 people. Condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes. The washing machines were close by, worked well and were clean.

What a beautifully decorated unit! Has a VERY comfortable queen bed, great view, and the proximity to EVERYTHING is incredible!!! We stay here every year! The owners have thought of every detail and provide every luxury you could need! This is the BEST Seaside unit!!!

Ideal location

Loved the short walk to the beach and only one flight of stairs. Beautifully updated and stylish. Parking was never a problem. Outdoor shower was helpful. Located close to great restaurants, both casual and fancy as well as grocery, drug store and anything else you would want.

Lovely little apartment! Nicely furnished and decorated! Beautiful beach access! Bikes were fun to ride on the beach! The pans need to be replaced though. All the teflon is coming off the skillets and they’re all scratched up. Would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet paper and more wash clothes! Too bad a king wouldn’t fit in the bedroom area!
