The room temperature was perfect: cool but not cold. It stayed that all night. The mattress was firm, the pillows were fluffy, and the furnishings were solid. I'm in the area a few times a year, and this will be my go-to hotel from now on.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Modesto is centrally located in Modesto, a 5-minute walk from Gallo Center for the Arts and 6 minutes by foot from Modesto Arch.
Parking is the only thing that would keep me from returning. Valet is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the only self parking is across the street and it is an extra fee to park there. First hotel I’ve ever had to pay extra to park.
