Compare Cheap Hotels in Hereford

My friend got locked in the bathroom but staff were prompt, staff friendly later on in the trip, room was nice and no issues. I stayed here after going to a concert in Cardiff and I wish I had stayed longer to make better use of the room and facilities etc.

Although the property is old it is well maintained. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Check in was slow due to 1 person serving, ( not her fault) Room lovely ,however noticed a lot of staining on the curtains by the desk ( easy to be missed due to location )

Very friendly and helpful check in. Moved to a room on the ground floor as travelling on a blue badge,no trouble at all. Room was large and comfortable,also clean . We travelled with our dog too and she was made to feel welcome ,unlike some hotels that claim to be dog friendly. Swimming pool was nice and welcome . Nice outside seating for a coffee
