Lovely hotel with very helpful & Friendly staff

This was a business trip for cast & crew. All enjoyed the stay. Lovely rooms, excellent food with a good choice & good portions. Staff were extremely helpful & very friendly. Great location with parking at the rear. We had 24 on one night and the hotel managed beautifully. We would stay at this hotel again. Thankyou very much.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at. Extremely helpful & friendly staff. The food was plentiful and delicious. We were there for work and had 24 of us there on one night and they managed beautifully. Staff are good building poor

The hotel is well overdue a refurbishment. We have been staying there for years for convenience when visiting family. The staff are brilliant and the cleanliness is good as far as they can go with what they have. Food is good. Drinks range is poor.

Access was very difficult with several flights of stairs to climb, totally unsuitable for elderly people. Secondary glazing removed hence the room was very noisy as it faced a main road. Curtains very thin hence street light ingress. Room floor sloped and generally the room and bathroom condition very run down. Hot water required running the tap for about 5 minutes, what a waste.
