Beds were good, house was a good setup and in a good position but it was let down by lack of maintenance and cleanliness ceiling fans upstairs in each bedroom and loungeroom were dirty and dusty no ceiling fans down stairs table fans were dirty and very rusty the table fan in the pool table room was missing the front cage (not very safe for little ones)we had to purchase a fan for downstairs The downstairs toilet was leaking when flushed the showers up and down were dirty, we couldn't use the shower and toilet downstairs because of the toilet problem The table tennis area and the table (which has seen better days)was absolutely terrible I had to hose the room out to get rid of all the dirt, spider webs and sand one of the garage doors wont lock giving access to inside the house to anyone it is very difficult to get a car into the garage unless you have a very small car we couldn't get the spar working in the bath upstairs, the downstairs tv doesn't work we purchased new batteries for the remote still didn't work after complaining they actually sent new batteries out to us but we didn't get them till Thursday and we were going home on Saturday didn't make any difference to the tv though all the pool cues except one was missing their tips and that one was broken The vacuum cleaner would not work the filter looked as if it had never been cleaned still would not work properly after cleaning it I definitely would not recommend this place for the money they are asking for it
