Good Hotel

The hotel is very clean and modern. The hotel was also quiet which isn’t always the case when staying in a hotel near a popular amusement destination.There were lots of families staying there for their trip to Hershey. The only complaint is the breakfast. It is from 6:30 -9:30. My family went at 8 and most items were gone and there was no replacements.

Property is about 10 to 16 min drive to Hershey theme park. We had a three night stay. while the room was clean when we arrived the next day the room was not serviced. On the second day I asked the front desk to empty the garbage and provide new towels since it wasn’t done the day before. They did just that. Bed still not done and garbage left in the sink. Breakfast is very limited. Yogurt, eggs, bacon crumble, tater tots, two choices of cereal and oat meal with some toppings. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. If you are not an early bird don’t expect to have much to choose from.

Clean hotel!!

Went here for a girls trip this weekend to see a concert at Hershey stadium. The hotel was conveniently located and it was very clean!! My only complaint is that we got there closer to 1:30 pm instead of 3 pm and were unable to check in early. However we were permitted to use the pool while we waited for check in which was nice. And no one else was there so we had the whole pool to ourselves while we waited. I recommend this hotel. Perfect for a girls weekend, family getaway etc. if you are doing a concert or something else in the Hershey area.

Hotel is Mid

This hotel is Mid. There were a lot of people but they should be prepared for that. Trash was rarely picked up and when it was finally taken there were still bottles and cans left on the ground. The lawns were not mowed and there was no clear area for pets to use. The breakfast was OK but not worth the price. Our shower door did not close well and left puddles of water on the floor and the smell in the room made all of us wake up with stuffed noses and sneezing.

Walls are too thin. If you have kids make sure you are not staying next to people who will be partying. I was up all night. The staff did move the people for the second night so that was nice.

We had a fantastic day at this hotel. Upon our arrival, Leslie the manager, was welcoming and extremely friendly. He made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting the Hershey PA area to stay at this hotel!

Did the job but would not go back.

The hotel was new however you can tell that it's not exactly a tightly run ship. There is no housekeeping services, so we were on our own to replenish towels and our garbage was overflowing. The garbage at the main door was also regularly overflowing during our stay. Upon check in, I was told the crib I requested was in our room already. Well, it was not so we had to wait for a crib to be assembled with our overtired infant. However, the employee was apologetic about this and did his best to get the crib setup for us. Definitely a no frills hotel so just know that going into it!
