Venture 11 kilometres southeast to Daejeon World Cup Stadium to watch an exhilarating live game of soccer. Located in Daejeon, this stadium is the home of the Daejeon Citizen FC, so don your red and white and get set to cheer!

Catch a ride up the slope at Jisan Forest Ski Resort, take in the blinding white views and then rocket your way back to the base. For more snowy thrills and spills, hit the slopes at Ski World at Konjiam Resort.

Cheongju, 30 kilometres to the northeast, may be worthy of a day trip. You can use it as a port of call when stopping by the Chungbuk National University, the Heungdeok Temple Site and the Cheongju National Museum.
