All was fine with the room and location of the hotel. Just a couple of blocks away from dozens of places to eat and drink. Hotel staff was very helpful recommending some of the better places to eat. Would stay there again.

Good off street parking and clean tidy accommodation. Been before and still of a good standard. Would go back again. Slight issue on checking in where only one room was allocated, but 2 rooms were booked online. Quickly sorted without becoming a problem. Friendly front of house staff and cleaners

Lovely spacious room that puts other motels and hotels in the shade. Clean, comfy carpet, high end fittings throughout, with lovely touches such as fine soaps and a coffee machine and dish drawer. Amazing. Lovely hosts and thank you for the ideas on what to see, do or where to eat, much appreciated.

The receptionist on arrival was courteous, professional and helpful. She was prepared to assist us and show us the room. Note should be 10/10. The following is based on my professional opinion of 20+ years in hotel management and should be taken as constructive criticism. A) a welcoming room with lights on, air cond. according to the temperature, drapes pulled, depending on time of arrival, we arrived at 20:00, is always welcoming B) check your spare linen - the extra sheet for the pull out bed was questionable with big oily? stains C) rooms could do with a refresh D) bathroom had a musty smell to it E) toilet seat could do with a little adjustment - sliding D) probably lacking a bit on the maintenance program We first experienced Ventura Inn in the late 90’s and it could do with bringing the brand to this millenium. Otherwise, yes, it is fine to stay especially with the advantageous rates offered. A little TLC would definitely improve the product. Thank you.

Free parking and can fit RV on the right hand side of the building. Hot shower, very clean and great staff. Perfect for an in between stop on an RV roadtrip
