The room was smallish, but had everything we needed. It was very clean and tidy. Good shower pressure. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Car valet was great. Free breakfast was fabulous, and to sit out on balcony to eat it was quite lovely. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is well located, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff are always very accommodating. the only downside is that parking is very limited in the area. The hotel only offers valet parking at $40 per night, so, is very expensive.

Check in - put us in the wrong room not once but twice. Staff werent very helpful and just allocated another room wtihout checking. Was mean to have aa king rom and got 2 x twins and finally got a king which was 2 twins put together with just a sheet on top, so had a very uncomfortable sleep. toilet was all stained and dirty and very small rooms for the price you pay, we will be trying somewhere else next time. Parking guys were amazing ! Restaurant staff were rather rude and to sign in just yelled across the room to sing in, very understaffed and looked like not very well trained. Location was fantastic, great central location just a shame staff couldnt be better supported.
