Clean tidy and had everything we needed, spa bath was amazong and just what we needed, bed a little harder than we were used to and pillows thinner than we were used to but super clean and tidy and we would def stay again

Even with its discounts, stay somewhere else

Probably one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. Sheets weren’t clean, restroom was gross and there were bugs under the sink. This was not a restful stay at all and it’s quite embarrassing for Hamilton. If you’re single and don’t mind the grit, go for it! Just pay the parking fee and stay at the Ramada

Spacious room for two, comfortable beds, dining table and chairs and utensils were good. However, the level of cleanliness was not up to standard. There was a certain smell as you walk into the room. The bathroom, around toilet bowl and seat, washing bowl needed a good scrub and wipe before new customers arrive. This would have helped to main a nice smell. The odour was worse in the bathroom compared with the bedroom.

Excellent customer service on arrival, room very clean and well presented. Very local to bars, restaurants, and the Clarence theater. If all else fails Pak N' Save is across the road.

Lovely unit, very modern, comfortable bed, but the TV didn’t work except on some weird channel. You had to get Netflix on your own account, no Sky, and the manager couldn’t fix it to get Freeview so not impressed. Hope they get it fixed before the next occupants arrive!! Would’ve appreciated some shelving or hooks in the bathroom and a plunger coffee maker too!!

This is a great choice - free parking and maybe 10 minutes walk to the main street in Hamilton, which has lots of options for food, bars etc. I asked when checking out and a number of rooms have been refurbished in the last few months (and it has been done well). Bathroom with a shower, hot tub and nice sink - all work well. Kitchen area with fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Very comfy bed with nice linen. Everything spotlessly clean. Plenty of spare plug sockets and good WiFi. Table and chairs as well as a desk. I also though the price was very fair. I suspect you'll struggle to get a better deal in Hamilton.
