Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa.
Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa.
