Twice during my stay the room wasn’t cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out, and towels were not replaced. My first night, the used towels were taken, but fresh towels were not put in their place, so I had to go down to the lobby and ask for them so that I could shower.

I was charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, and it was not made clear that I would have to pay for parking until I arrived at the hotel. I do feel that this charge was a ridiculous charge as this is the only place that charges for parking in the area. This should have been included in the rate.

The room had roaches. The hotel was out of towels and wash cloths, the entire 3 night stay we were only provided with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth despite asking at different times of day. The breakfast was small with very little options. The only good thing about this place is the hospitality of the workers.

The AC/heating was good in the room. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating the first four days. The manager on the last day, Christmas morning, was not so good. I requested a 12 o’clock check out time instead of 11 but he denied me. Yet when I went down to check out at 11 o’clock, he was missing and didn’t show up at the front desk until 11:32 AM. Waiting 32 minutes to check out, I thought I probably could have been granted the 12 o’clock checkout time that I requested.
