Centrally located. Access to many restaurants, Church and even a green area to jog (if early in the morning). Rooms are upkept with modern amenities. Great for a short stay for either business or pleasure. Great comfortable bed. Except for the hot water, in the shower that failed the first day, I cannot find any flaws to this hotel. BTW, the water was back that evening... dont know why, so I did not complain to management. Would definetely use again in another trip.

Nice clean and very well run local hotel close to airport and has many dining options plus a casino if you are into that. The property is connected to one of GC’s best hotels, The El Camino.

I like this property which is very convenient for a one night stop in Guatemala City. It is attached to a larger and higher star hotel but offers good value for the price. I was not comfortable walking alone at night, but this hotel offers room service and a nice restaurant right next door. It is also very close to the airport.

NOT the real Biltmore. Choose an Airbnb instead.

No broom, no mop. No trash bags. No fridge, no microwave, no cooktops. Extremely overpriced food items for purchase. You’re better off choosing ANY Airbnb in the city. For the cost of $100/night, this was horrendous value. At a BARE minimum you’d think a mini fridge for perishables and water/soda would be provided. Luxurious Airbnbs in this city of similar size (studio or 1-bedroom apartments) are half the price with triple the amenities. Also, this hotel is NOT related to the REAL Biltmore Hotel in ANY WAY….completely feel defrauded.
