Great Staycation spot

We live in Guatemala City and were looking for a weekend "Staycation" with a pool in Zona 10 for a sunny weekend. The Biltmore has access to the Camino Real pool at a much more reasonable rate despite the "pool charge". The hotel was much more than a pleasant surprise. It was modern, clean and service from front desk was GREAT

I am a constant guest at biltmore. But this time was really bad, wrong charge at credit card, room was dirty (shower are was terrible), cockroaches at the bedding area. And no upgrades from my Expedia status.

Very comfy bed. Felt it was a bait and switch to say they have a "free" breakfast since they charged us extra for it. Pool access costs extra too. Wish I'd known that up front.

This hotel in centrally located in Zona 10 and walkable to many places. It’s adjacent to the Westin hotel and they share many of the amenities. The hotel was recently modernized and improved.

Fui a una reunión en Ciudad de Guatemala y muy bien los servicios a un buen precio. Recomendado si no necesita muchos extras en su estancia. La alianza que tienen con el Camino Real da beneficios de conexión a lo Interno en caso de tener reunión en ese hotel
