NOT the real Biltmore. Choose an Airbnb instead.

No broom, no mop. No trash bags. No fridge, no microwave, no cooktops. Extremely overpriced food items for purchase. You’re better off choosing ANY Airbnb in the city. For the cost of $100/night, this was horrendous value. At a BARE minimum you’d think a mini fridge for perishables and water/soda would be provided. Luxurious Airbnbs in this city of similar size (studio or 1-bedroom apartments) are half the price with triple the amenities. Also, this hotel is NOT related to the REAL Biltmore Hotel in ANY WAY….completely feel defrauded.

Hotel Biltmore is one of the best.

I've been staying at Hotel Biltmore for the last five trips to Guatemala. It is an execelent hotel close to everything and with a super polite customer service.

Wow we got major upgrade and VIP treatment. Great food and a $200 casino vouchers. The sweet was superb and the shower tops. 5 min to airport. Will recommend to friends.
