Please don’t go there I was received after flying from lax we have no rooms available after I prepaid for 3 rooms!!! I had to argue with them my rooms prepaid through Expedia then when I received my keys one of the rooms was occupied!! Rooms old need updating badly pool dirty unusable and remote hotel do not recommend it

Hotel con cucarachas

Muy desagradable el cuarto tenía cucarachas mi estancia era de cuatro noches y la primer noche me tuve que ir a las 1:30 de la mañana porque había muchas cucarachas, tuve que reservar en otro hotel e irme a esa hora, bajé a recepción a pedír mi reembolso de 3 noches y me dijo que ella ya había hecho el reporte para mi reembolso y nunca me regresaron mi dinero

The Jacuzzi was filthy brown. The water was brown Internet was horrible TV did not work. I was scared to brush my teeth with the sink water. It was just disgusting. Staff did absolutely nothing to fix it. I would never go back there again and would never ever ever recommend this place.

The hotel is quite old, the bed is like a rock very hard makes it is difficult to rest. If you have an emergency your dead no one to help no one to answer the phone lines literally you can die and no one will know, our last night stay a dog was lost in the complex hauling the whole freaking night no one was able to look after them to make sure guest were able to sleep. Instead the guest at the hotel were trying to deal with the dogs but no luck. I did one breakfast overpriced, food quality is horrible the food in the pots seems like it was a left over, is better to eat in the street than this "Buffet: in the other hand servers where kind attentive but the quality of the food does kill their hard work. When you request help they promise someone will rich out to you but one does unless you call them back and they can't help!!!

Stay away!

We had such a bad experience here! Were moved bedrooms 3 times, meaning we had to haul all our luggage and kids every time each time further than the next. Water was BROWN, it stained the towels could not take a shower. Walls were dirty. Only stayed one of our two night stay were told we would get a refund for one night, every time we went to the desk they said no one was around to do the refund, had us write a letter, still no refund, had us call their region manager, still no refund! We stayed on 1/30 it’s is now 2/6, still no refund!

I was very disappointed with my stay such a nice hotel but they had problems with the hotel water it was coming out really dirty and the clerk did not mention that they were having problems with the water. Also the sheets on the bed had stains.

Everything and everyone working here. Everything is so outdated and old, when we got there no one in the staff let us know they had a water issue and when we got into our room, the room smelled really bad, the sheets were filthy and so were the floors. The water was BROWN coming out of the shower, sink and the toilet. It was disgusting we booked 5 rooms and all of the rooms were all having the same issue and when we went to go tell them the problem, all they said was. "Write a letter to let them know what issues you had" THE PROBLEM WAS ALREADY HAPPENING BEFORE WE BOOKED! And they didn't care to let us know before we paid them. Plus, the maintenance manager there is rude and not understanding at all, she tried to tell me that they had fixed the problem when I had just came out of my room and couldn't even wash my hands or shower. Such a HORRIBLE experience here. This hotel needs to be remodeled and maintained. Also, the restaurant serves the food cold, and the food is really disgusting. Don't bother booking here save your time and money.

The sheets were very old and look dirty or stained. The water from the faucet and shower was dirty and the Manager Lupita said there was no point on changing me to a different room because the water was the same in all rooms. We were unable to take a shower.
