The property itself was nice but I expected more. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary sadly the room lacked cleaning and our jacuzzi was broken and dirty. We asked for assistance as the jacuzzi would not turn off. Maintenance man showed up but was unable to help as he stated he was new and was unsure how to fix. He went ahead and completely powered off from breaker. So we were never able to use jacuzzi.

My favorite place to stay in GDL. Every single staff goes above and beyond. Food and drinks are always amazing. Toiletries are Salvatore Ferragamo which is a nice perk. Love that you forget you’re in the middle of the city. Home away from home.
