very bad place it looks abandoned the breakfast is not good the rooms are dirty it had roaches it’s a very oooooold building the elevators have to be conducted by someone the rooms have actual keys not like the cars ones the waiting/lobby is dirty like the couches are greasy they look black we rented for 4 night and we only stayed one because it even smelt nasty

Not safe

My plans were to stay a week..but the hotel was no safe for me or my daughter ..the mexican judicial police use the hotel..I don't know if is their staying hotel to sleep.. or other..anyway it was noisy at night..people shouting..sirens going...police cleaning their guns in the stairs....one bad was shaky..I didn't feel safe there.so only spent one night..and move to a diferent hotel the next day and spent the rest of the week at the other hotel I won't recommend hotel .Nueva Galicia to anybody sorry.

Definitely not a 3 star quality hotel

Foam mattress, not what you would expect in a 3*** hotel. Room was tidy but not very clean. Several insect bite, verifying Bed bugs. No vending machines. Breakfast consisted of eggs and juice. Staff was reasonably friendly. Bring your own hair dryer.

Estuvimos relativamente bien, me mostraron dos habitaciones la primera tenía muchísimas cucarachitas, por todo el piso, donde nos quedamos no tenía ninguna. Pero si se nota muy antiguo y sus materiales cortinas, cama, baño, etc. muy deteriorados. Eso sí muy económico e incluía el desayuno. huevo al gusto o chilaquiles con frijoles (rico) Si eres fresón estarás muy incómodo… para una noche de emergencia genial. Me dijeron que ya no quedaban habitaciones, espero y las otras estén en mejores condiciones.

Esta muy deteriorado, toallas rotas y percudidas, tenia una pequeña terraza la cual la puerta no se podia cerrar, la puerta de la habitacion sin cadena vidrios de ventanas rotos estacionamiento de miedo. En conclusion no volveria a hospedarme ahi.

El estacionamiento terrible, mi coche salio oliendo a popo de gato y muy mal estado todo el estacionamiento, sin limpieza y popo y olor a gato por todos lados. No me dieron el cuarto que tenian que darme y me dieron uno que el baño tenía un mal olor tan penetrante que no era nada grato estar, pero era lo único que tenían y ustedes expedia no podían regresarme mi dinero como dicen en sus políticas, al final no hay para donde hacerse uno y si no hay algun comentario al respecto de ustedes hacia mi por esta situación, pues creo que no se puede usar este medio para proximas visitas a algun lugar y reservar.
