Book Grimsargh hotels

We had a couple of nights in a sea view room with clean windows which is a first for us in Blackpool, car park has plenty of space and is chargeable £10 a night, fine with that, we had breakfast included and is very good, worth the money, we also took advantage of a drinks package which we found to be excellent value and well worth it, bar staff are really helpful and pleasant, being mid week didn’t expect entertainment but there was singers on both nights and it was very watchable, overall we had a very nice stay and have booked again in the near future, hope the drink package will still be available though, bedroom furniture was a little dated but room was serviced daily and very clean so happy with everything and looking forward to next vist

Great customer service, lovely lady on reception I didn’t catch her name, was having nice conversation. Whole staff team were lovely. Loved the sofa in the room with footstool, nice not to have to sit on the bed all night. Great shower and the bed was soooo comfy

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful Royal Kings Arms with a view of Lancaster Castle from our bedroom window, very genuine welcome from the lovely staff and management, perfect stay.

Overal our 3night stay was very good ,the view from our hotel room was fantastic looking over the sea , we did not use the facilities at The Grand but they looked clean and elegant and me and my girlfriend had a lovely time so Thankyou ! We parked our car in the hotel car park and had no problems at all so it was safe ! On the downside sorry was that the hotel was quite a walk from the main area but the walk was really nice and the trams ran every 10 mins so Thats a big plus ! We are very pleased we stayed at The Grand Hotel Blackpool and will definitely come back ! Thank you . Gary + Tracey .

This is the second time we have stayed at the President hotel, it was our 14th wedding anniversary this time. The staff are lovely especially the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean but the beds are not that comfy they could do with either toppers or new mattresses . The shower we had wasn't very good but could still have one. You could tell they had been painting with gloss there was a little smell no problem but who ever did it got paint on the floor and hadn't cleaned it up (behind the door). I know this may sound a bit petty but clean up after yourself lol . We will still book again the good thing there are bus and tram stop outside the Hotel

I have spent a lot of time (stayed for about 5 weeks) at the Delta hotel over the past few weeks for personal reasons. As a result, I’ve been working out of the room during the week. The facilities and staff have been great! The room has had all I could want and it has been easy to work from. The bed and bedding has been comfortable and there has been loads of water and spacious ablutions. The facilities have been excellent and I’ve used the gym, pool and spa. All of which have been excellent. The local area is really nice and o have taken daily walks in the area which is safe and really interesting. The Church next doo is fascinating. But it is the staff where the hotel has excelled. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, from the maintenance, F & B and Front of House. They have made an unpleasant situation a pleasure! They have been attentive and friendly and really gone the extra mile. I hate to list names as I am bound to miss folk out! Paul on reception has been amazing as have Steffi and Lucy. Charlie, Hannah and Kristin (that’s not quite right sorry) in the bar have been a pleasure and special thanks to Beatrice in housekeeping who bent over backwards to help this weird bloke working from his room! Thank you all and sorry to all I have missed out! I have really enjoyed my visits over the past four years, despite the circumstances. I hope to see some of you this weekend Huge kudos to the whole team!
