Service minded staff. All clean. Drawback is the room (3024) really needs refurbishment, laminate on table falling off, bed lamp lose, water damage under sink in bathroom... (room 3024).

The staff were amazing.Yannik looked after me in the dining room with the most incredible scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten. Bruno, the concierge accompanied me and my suitcase all the way to the airport check-in desk. I don’t think I could’ve done it without him! And the member of the staff who checked me in and also checked me out and whose name I just don’t remember, made me feel like a member of the family And that was a very special feeling. I told her I would be back in December and sadly, I have discovered since that that was not going to happen but I will be back in April to celebrate my 80th birthday with all my Belgian friends so I look forward to seeing You all again soon

Convenient and quiet hotel. Located right at the airport, in front of the boarding area, and ideal for early departures. The condition of the hotel is fair. Partially renovated, the room is furnished with a mix of new and old, even some very old furniture. The bathroom was not completely clean; the age of the fixtures makes it impossible to clean them thoroughly. I recommend it for its location and convenience only.

Very convenient, steps away from the ticket and bag check counters at the airport, no shuttle required. The restaurant is good for both dinner and breakfast, though there are some other options in the terminal as well. Transportation is plentiful as well. The train station is three floors below the terminal and will take you anywhere you want to go. Clean, friendly, large rooms. Fitness facility is typical; not great but not bad.

Rude unhelpful reception

Hotel is lovely. Found staff at check in to be rude. Maybe I was just tired but I travel a lot for work & rarely find staff snooty & rude until this hotel.
