Spacious, well appointed studio apartment. Excellent on-site recreational facilities and with direct access to the beach, bike and walking paths. What a fantastic stay Broadwater is. Everything is convenient on the grounds, I thought the luggage trolleys were a fantastic idea and the pools are divine! We will be back soon for another staycation, thank you Broadwater for some fantastic memories!

The property needed an overhaul. The bathroom door would not close and power for lights and the bedroom ceiling fan was lost for 2 nights of my stay. There was only one eatng place with a very limited menu. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not consider the Broadwater Resort in the future.
