The staff was very helpful.The only problem was the parking it was hard to scan the room key with the speed bump you had to go over the speed bump and stop before you get to the gate

An excellent choice

I can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights and it was spacious, quiet, clean and modern. Perfect for us. And the staff was very friendly.

Great place to stay and enjoy downtown Greensboro. I felt very safe with security measures limiting elevator access to guests and the staff were very accommodating. We requested extra sheets and they quickly brought them to our room with additional blankets as well.

Great location but....

Beautifully sized room But refrigerator not cooling, phone doesnt work and only rings busy no matter what's pressed, desk light strobes flickering off and on, random stains in front of couch, and no ice on floor as a portion is under construction. Walked down to share with front desk Walked do

Perfect Stay

We were able to check in online. Exceptionally personable check in experience even through we arrived after hours on a holiday. Parking was great. Felt very safe. Room was huge with a nice view and very clean. Great breakfast.

Great staff, great stay!

The staff was top-notch - friendly and welcoming. Hotel in good condition but our bathroom had a slow-drain sink and some uneven surfaces. Overlooks Grasshopper Park for minor league ball in season. Great place, would definitely stay again, especially because of the staff.

Great location!

Friendly, great staff. Very clean room. Perfect location with lots of good restaurants to choose from for evening dinner; all within walking distace. We went to a Tanger Center evening performance -- short walk from the hotel!

How do you call that a bar or a restaurant? No signs to say where or what the Placery was?! Certainly not a dining experience! Staff very inadequate with regard to making cocktails. Breakfast on Friday very sparse - better selection on Saturday
