This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in Ocean Shores. It was a bit more expensive than other hotels here, but worth it. My only disappointment was being required to empty all the garbage cans in the suite and dispose of prior to leaving. I understand cleaning the dishes we used, but dealing with garbage seemed a bit tacky esp for the price we paid. Regardless, I would probably stay here again.

The check in was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. We were able to check in early and stay an extra night. The room was not very clean at all. There were huge dust bunnies above our bed, bathroom had goo on wall and drawer. The coffee pot was dirty, just lots of not caring about the room cleanliness. The pool was not warm and not 80 as we were told. The hot tub was cloudy. The beach is down the trail but it’s a long way out there so yes there is access but it faster and easier just to drive down the road to it. The best part I’d say is the customer service.

Perfect spot on the coast in a small town to just decompress. The Lighthouse greeted my sole stay with business like grace and helpful checking-in along with "let me see what I can do" for the perfect room with a view. Room was clean and well appointed with amenities for my 3 night stay. The pool and spa were perfect for my needs. The breakfast was a variety of delicious foods, though lacking in fresh fruit choices. But the server got a huge compliment from me when I confronted him about his amazing singing voice coming from the kitchen.....he even gave me a little serenade .....blush. The beach is right there and access was an easy stroll to get to the shoreline. All the staff were friendly and helpful, where needed. I felt completely safe during my stay. Now, mother nature had her own negatives with the weather a day or two, at times, but that is the PNW....gotta go with the flow. I will be booking this hotel, again, when travel takes me to Ocean Shores, once more.
