We arrived early around 1pm and went to the desk knowing we couldn't check in. The girl said she would call us when a room was available. We left and returned at 2:30pm. still no rooms available as a hockey team had been in the night before and we were told they have contractual checkouts. Check in time is 4pm however I have never been to a Hotel that you couldnt get in by 3pm. None of this was the problem. There was no one else waiting in the lobby. The 3 behind the counter were just laughing and joking the whole time with nothing to do .Each time we asked if a room was available they just argued with us and had no intent on helping or checking on rooms for us. Finally at 3:10 we went up and a room was ready yet they still never told us and we were 10 feet away. I am not sure why they needed to make us feel like we were a huge inconvenience but thats exactly what we got. The rate was decent but now we know why!!!

It is a perfect spot to stay here in downtown. The only issue is the parking as they have limited parking outside. They have another garage underground parking but Its limited to height my truck couldn’t fit.

Check in was a bit of an issue, my card wasn’t accepted as it’s a debit credit, so I had to leave a large deposit. I was checking in very late due to an unfortunate situation, and while I understand that some guests can cause a lot of damage, it would have been nice to not have to take $300 out of my account to hold the deposit

It was alright. Standard hotel stay. Noticed the shower drain didn’t drain properly, probably needs to be cleaned out. Parking was expensive, but it’s a nice heated underground parking lot.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating. I was not a fan of the queen bed as the edges were really rough and firm / hard. They provided me wjth a really good discount to upgrade to a king suite and that was perfect and no issues bed is super comfortable. Free breakfast is good. The bacon and sausage add on was not aorth it. Bacon was so dry and crumbling. But they didnt charge me for the bacon
