I paid this trip with Expedia and the hotel charged my credit card again. I even spoke to the front desk about the pending charged and they assured me it was an error and sent me a $0 due receipt. The charge today cleared for a charge which is incorrect and not acceptable and needs refunded.

Overall, we had a pleasure stay but unfortunately our blackout blinds in the room was missing and the street light was just outside our window. The staff offered us the Hilton points but we don't have an account for that. We spent so much time talking to multiple people but didn't get any points in the end.
