A very spread-out property with long passages. It has only one elevator and if you get your bags up using the elevator, you have to drag them a long way if you are in the other corner of the property. The WiFi was not working when we checked in to the hotel. The front desk agent forgot to tell this before she checked us in and ran our card for incidentals. There was no discount or any compensation for having no wifi and for failing to disclose the fact before running the card.

Lobby was a little messy, floor needed swept. Associate seemed unsure about rooms as she stated she had just arrived for work. Breakfast staff was not very welcoming as we were not really welcomed or asked if we needed any assistance at any time. Pool was not ready when it was supposed to be open and the water was freezing cold as well. Hot tub was very relaxing even with so many people in it because the pool was too cold for everyone. Overall a nice room for 1 night stay and bed was comfortable to sleep.

WiFi broke. Both pools heaters broke and freezing. Outdoor spa totally closed. Indoor spa not heating. Ice machines broke. No restaurant attached even though shows online. Rooms were neat but very small. Told that no compensation due to it being an amenities problems. You pick a hotel based on amenities especially traveling with young children.

The hot tub wasn’t very hot. Unfortunately we were there due special Olympics. Lots of kids in hot tub . The ice machine outside our door was broken. Our room floor was still wet from carpet cleaning. No window for fresh air- with wet carpet.

It was surprised how nice this was given the fact their rates were lower than surrounding hotels. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The pool and recreation areas are really nice.
