The room was dirty, there was no WiFi in our building and no ice. It was a dog friendly building and we were treated like dogs. Food service was non existent. Other than that, the Grand Canyon was stunning and we enjoyed our time away from the hotel.

All staff snd good service was courteous friendly and willing to assist at any point we had questions. Highly recommend El Tovar to anyone desiring a laid back old time Grand Canyon experience. The view and walking is right ou the front door. Well done El Tovar
