The hotel was conveniently located on the NAU campus. Parking was easy on the street or in the adjacent garage. The room was quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold options.

Upon check in we discovered we was directly next door to construction which Expedia notes starts November 10th, this was November 5th, the room was extremely old, torn curtains, dark and smelt somewhat musky. They moved us kindly and when we entered the new room surprise surprise more construction noises, started 8am the next morning too. Obviously they are renovating but the rooms still need some love and deep cleaning in the meantime, bed bases stained, behind headboards full of dust and furniture dark and dreary. Putting that aside, Dinner Snacks were great, breakfast was nice too, there was 3 free drinks in the evening but none non alcoholic for us tee total individuals to enjoy. Lots of seating areas around the hotel and some board games to enjoy too. Not sure we would stay again until renovations are complete.

It was a very clean and well laid out hotel. We have stayed twice now and would come back the next time we visit our son at NAU. The proximity to everything we want to do as well as ease of parking are an added bonus. Everyone on staff is very friendly and have even given us tips for how we can best utilize the campus during our stay

The afternoon snacks were okay, and breakfast was good — both are included. The location is great for walking to downtown Flagstaff. The pool and hot tub are clean, and the room has a nice view from the balcony.
