Great location in Flagstaff. All staff was friendly & wonderful -all very accommodating. Parking garage was great for adverse weather and walkway from hotel offered was handy for quick access between hotel and parking. Will definitely come back to this property!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each day of our stay and tried the 5:30 kickback and were pleasantly surprised. The heated indoor pool is small but nice for a small group, and enjoyable after a chilly day exploring the downtown area which is in walking distance to the hotel. We stayed in an accessible room. Beds were comfortable and a good height. Bathtub had grab bars but toliet was a bit low. Overall, a hotel I would choose again and the perfect location for visiting my Lumberjack.

This was a brand new remodeled property and they had dinner and breakfast and the staff was really friendly and accommodating and it made my wife happy very happy to spend Christmas there.

We loved our time at the Drury Inn in Flaggstaff! Close to town, you can just walk from hotel! They offer breakfast and an evening light meal and free parking all included with your room rate. So quiet at night, you couldn’t hear people from other rooms or slamming doors at all. We slept great! Very clean and family friendly!

There was a lot of disorganization. Room wasnt available. Then was. Then they came knocking 4 hrs later to see if room was occupied because they were abput to remt it to someone else. Pull out bed is terrible. Breakfast was ok, and rooms were clean Suite was large.

Room layout was great Beds were comfortable For a suite, and staying in many other hotels in flag these were the items that made my stay just average: - no real glass cups to rinse mouth or drink water/wine with - soap in dispensers was not nice smelling and not desirable, esp to my kids - I could hear moments of passion from the room next to us at 4:30 am, which limited and interrupted our sleep. - breakfast on a Sunday started at 7am which isn’t ideal for early risers, esp when awoken by another room. - location was great—- I was super excited to stay yet disappointed.
