Rooms were very clean upon check-in. Easy access to bus routes to Hakone. Staff was very nice and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice plus!

Breakfast was quite meh, toilet was super small and to get better pillows, you need to be back in the hotel earlier. The pillow that comes with the room is not suitable for most people. For the price it was okay

value for money. super friendly staff with wonderful Mt Fuji view from the hotel room. brakfast is simple but yummy. Toilet is small but is super clean and funtional. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The room only had one pillow, but an additional one could be obtained from the reception area. The bathroom was very tight, but functional. Breakfast ended at 8:30, which seemed a bit early, but the hotel worked for our needs.
