Reception had no record of my reservation.

This place is a dive to be avoided at all costs. They tried to overcharge me, the neighborhood is shady, and the room was abysmal.

Elogios e crítica construtiva

Prédio antigo, mas limpo e cama confortável. Porém, é barulhento devido ao movimento da avenida, não tem elevador ruim para subir com as malas e muitas escadas para o segundo andar. Mas, o que mais nos chamou atenção, foi que temos que deixar a chave na recepção e quando saímos para almoçarmos e acabamos retornando tarde a equipe da recepção já havia trocado, assim como a segurança e cheguei e solicitei a chave do quarto que estávamos hospedadas sem me identificar e o funcionário me entregou a chave sem me pedir um documento ou sem ao menos questionar a minha identificação, ou seja, poderia ter sido qualquer um que entraria no nosso quarto. Já que não houve solicitação de documento ou ao menos identificação do nome ou número de documento. Acho que vale a pena reforçar esse atendimento e segurança, já que somos obrigados a deixar a chave do quarto na recepção. Mas, o café ok gostoso e roupas de cama e banho cheirosas e limpas gostamos.
