My stay at Hyatt Place was overall very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the professional and welcoming security team who greeted us warmly. I would like to give special thanks to Puput at the reception. She was incredibly helpful to me and my friend throughout our stay. Her level of professionalism and service was truly exceptional, making our experience even more memorable. The access fee for pool for my guests who visiting me during my stay was quite expensive. Additionally, the toilet lid in the room was not soft-closing. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Initially the room given was a smoker room but lucky enough was changed to a non-smoker on the same night. Otherwise it's unbearable having to endure the smell of the smoke all night long. Staff were very friendly but that was the last night stay there where the room above was very noisy with lots of sounds from people above stomping or running around making so much noise close to 11:00 at night. I reported to the reception but no action was done for half an hour and when I called back with irritated tone the staff hung up on me. That was extremely rude. Those noises need to be dealt with well and quick to ensure other people's comfort. The gym has more than what usual other hotels equipment has. Pity the air conditioning stopped working or maybe deliberately stopped to save energy. Was quite unpleasant to do cardio just using fan on the floor. The breakfast has lots of variety of local and Continental options which caters everybody. Staff there we're very helpful and friendly.

The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there.

Room was well worn and tired as were the sheets and towels. Staff was friendly and helpful.
