Friendly staff. Room was basic but enough. Shower had some mould on silicone but was clean otherwise. Location was brilliant- ideal for a stop on a long trip!
It was ok for stop over .not the best . room could have been done with bit more of a clean and broken bin in bathroom and toilet holder was broken … toilet didn’t flush well ., room quite dusty .. .… had to ring the hotel outside as they forgot to give us the code for barrier to get the car through which they should of told us .. also just to note £5 to pay receptionist for parking when you get there a day ..
Shocked I had to pay for parking as never paid for parking at other Ramada hotels . Took half an hour to get into parking most times ! The staff were nice .
Standard room with basic amenities!
Friendly staff.
Restaurant was good, great service from the gentleman serving. Very attentive and helpful.
Food well presented!
A flying trip for somewhere to stay after attending a gig at the Wembley Arena.
This hotel was an ideal stop off point on the motorway network to quickly pick up my journey after a nights sleep.
The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast value for money with its self service menu.
I’ll definitely be staying here again when I’m making this kind of journey.
Relatively clean & tidy room!
Basic bathroom with shower only, but does need attention! Shower cubicle could do with cleaning and shower head descaling.
Blackout curtains hanging off the clips, and just needs simple fix.
Bed was comfortable for my one night stay!
Did not use the restaurant, so cannot comment.
Was parking overnight (LGV Driver).
Check-in was swift, with friendly service.

I just don't think it is value for money, very basic room with a very lumpy bed, usually you get free bisciuts and water but none were available. Also for £122 per night i would have expected breakfast but we had to pay extra. However the staff were extremely friendly.
The place was a bit of a dump to be perfectly honest. It was absolutely sweltering, the heating was on in the corridors and you couldn't open the windows enough to let air in and cool down.
Other people also complained at the front desk that it was far too hot.
Key cards didn't work after the first night so had to get new ones. It looks like they've tried to refit the place out but it's all just grimy.
Bed was comfortable enough though.
The cooked breakfast isn't work the money, sausages etc are seem like the cheapest they could find and we're quite disgusting, the gentleman serving kept asking for our room number but wouldn't let us explain he wouldn't find us in his list as we paid that morning at the front desk and it took several times for him to look at our receipt before he believed us.
A lady then started working with him and she kept giving us the evil eye and looking at us funny all the time. A very odd experience.
It's also a great place if you enjoy the smell of weed and screaming couples.
We had a good stay, other than it being far too hot! We really appreciated the fan although it was very loud . Too loud to use through the night. If it was cooler it would have made a big difference to our stay. Lovely staff 👌
My stay was just 1 night only. Big room but asked for a disability room. 1 objection I have is, even a disabled driver as I am, the new parking rule has changed from free to £5.00 per night. Disgusting amount for a hotel to charge it's customers.
This listing on Hotels.com does mention that the parking was chargeable in small print, but hotel staff mentioned, Parking would have been free if booked via Ramada directly. £5 per night is quite expensive.

Glad to report that there were no hidden parking charges at the hotel. And you can also get back onto the M1 South without having to go up to J15 and turning round.
It was fine. nice staff location was what you would expect for a rest stop

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights as a family of 4. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Enough room for us. Breakfast and evening meals were very tasty. Slept well. Carpet a bit tired. Room clean. Handy for Bletchley Park and IKEA. Would stay again.
Overall, value good and location good for our short trip. Breakfast tasty.
However:
1. Staff seemed disengaged and not customer focused. took 6 mins to pour a pint of guinness. Asked for an extra towel for which they had to be reminded twice and it took some significant time to obtain.
2. In need of significant upgrade, carpets grotty, Rooms malodorous, Bed so hard you could feel the springs through it- if your going in the near future decline room 0005.
3. Unexpected parking charge that we were not pre warned about.
4. Coffee at breakfast undrinkable
5. lots of debris on the lawn including cigarette bits and spoons that looked like they had been used for drug taking.
