The lobby reeked of marijuana. The next morning at breakfast we found a bug in the bacon pan. There was too many hands (kids) picking through the breakfast. The room above us had an animal that would start first thing in the morning (early) rolling a ball of some type of object across the floor. After telling us that room service was only at request, they entered our room anyway. There was not a Do Not Disturb plaque available for us to hang on the door.

Room quality, carpet in need of replacement, stepped on exposed nails. Tube/shower faucet leaked constantly . Based on advertisements and online pictures there were deception in appearance. The ceiling had water stains and the walls had excess chipped paint. Some of the light fixtures did not work, and the TV internet was weak, unable to watch a show without it freezing multiple times.

El hotel está muy céntrico , las habitaciones están cómodas y limpias la única recomendación para el personal es estar más pendientes a los artículos de aseo personal que tienen que dejar en la habitación y fregar bien las cafeteras la nuestra estaba súper sucia y no la usamos , pero de forma general la estancia fue muy agradable

Just were there for a few days before Christmas. We had a couple issues with the room we were given but the minute we reported it the office was quick to fix everything. King size bed room with a fireplace. It was wonderful and I plan to stay there again.

First of all, this is a motel , not a hotel ! It shows three stars honestly it’s less than a star! There was a gap between the door and the doorframe about an inch! The wind was coming in from the outside like I was outside! You literally can hear every car that is driving fine because it feels like you’re outside! Old heaters and not working properly! The restroom does not have a heating system, feels like you’re outside because it’s freezing in there! The mold is around the room, my whole face was stuffed, unfortunately was waiting a whole night could not sleep at all because of these circumstances! In the morning fact, And went to get another hotel Honestly $180 a night for a place like this, it is truly a rip off ! Not with it! I took another hotel called Edgewater hotel and am full of satisfied! I hope you read the reviews before you reserve the place

Room was not very clean. Walked barefoot in room & bottoms of feet were black. Light fixture in living room was falling apart. Weatherstripping on door kept coming off. Couldn’t use steps & elevator extremely slow. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub, but had trouble keeping water in it. The bed was very comfortable. Really liked having 2 bathrooms. Fireplace was nice. Liked the location. Really needs a remodel.
