This hotel is an older facility that needs lots of updates. It did appear that they were in the process of doing so. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great, especially since it is included in the cost of your stay. It is within walking distance to the "start of the Gatlinburg strand".

Great affordable motel in Gatlinburg

The motel was in a great location within walking distance to most everything in Gatlinburg. The room was clean and spacious. Every staff member we met went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I would have is that the sofa in the living room was not comfortable.

The room was decent. It was clean for the most part. The bathroom floors could stand a good scrubbing in the corner. It’s in an excellent location. It’s walking distance to Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, tons of restaurants and other attractions. The location is 5 stars for sure. The breakfast was very limited. The coffee was amazing. No idea what brand they have but it’s delicious. We had a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi worked great. The water was nice and hot. It’s a good stay at a reasonable price

I actually couldn’t come but when I called the hotel on Thursday, the front desk phone operator was very rude and even went as far as saying “listen lady, I’m talking.” I just gave up on resolutions at that point.
