Hotel was nice however we're both wheelchair users and asked for an accessible room. We were told we were booked into one but it had a bath. There were no grabs by the toilet. The toilet was really low and could not shut the bathroom door if inside. How tge staff were really nice and helpful and we managed to move as to a fully accessible bedroom with wet room and grab rails 😁

Nice garden view room with seats outside and fire pit. Hotel is sometimes busy with special events. Had to wait until exactly 3pm for checkin. Room was missing robes, and coffee machine did not work. Bar staff were very nice. Reception staff a little indifferant.

Busy, noisy. Lovely staff but not enough of them!

Car park was full when I arrived so had to park in the overflow car park and walk a bit if a trek while carrying bags. And was met met with a queue for check in. My room smelt like cigarettes and the cups had lipstick on them. Had a terrible night sleep there where children running and screaming in the corridor until midnight, followed by someone loudly banging and shouting at someones door around 1am...pool was lovely though although no staff when I arrived and two children wondering around looking for a member of staff as one has cut themselves. So was left to find my own way to the changing rooms and around the facilities.

Lovely spot

Travelled from Canada. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the staff were amazing. The weather was unusually sunny from what we were told. The ground were very beautiful. We will stay here again when visiting Wales.

Reunion

Visited hotel for Pontypool YFC 80th Reunion, Seren assisted with arrangements but Kirsty made sure everything was perfect on the night. Food was delicious and well presented. Stayed overnight, room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Definitely stay again.
