Hotel seemed to be more of an event space with rooms. The deluxe room I booked had a beautiful view of the parking lot. The walls were thin and could hear people talking and the wedding party was very loud. Food was very limited in the restaurant and just ok. Restaurant staff were excellent, front desk staff was not.

The bedrooms were slippery due to the humidity. We contacted the property ahead of our arrival to mention we were celebrating our honeymoon but never received a follow-up. At check-in, the staff had no record of our messages. I had hoped to bring my family here in the future because of the location and the photos online, but after our stay, I’ll continue looking elsewhere. The rooms were also noisy at night due to an event happening on another floor.

Wifi not working, but the staff were helpful. The room was a bit dated and room was freezing and I could not control the thermostat. They moved us to another room which they said would be warmer, but it was not. Customer service was good but property needs renovations.

The stay was nice, breakfast was good. I love the tour, pool etc. When it comes to the gym we wished it was more taken care of, we wanted the go workout but based on how it looked we decided not. Also we wanted to stay one more night but we didn’t have wifi or tv connection which lead us to decide to not stay another night.
