The property provided a shuttle to the airport which was why I booked a room at the Sheraton. Sadly there were some staff members not acknowledging checking in travelers. One staff member available to assist the hotel check in guests. No hospitality while trying to dine at the hotel bar/restaurant. Sheraton is a well known hotel but this one I wouldn't recommend. The hospitality service needs a lot of improvement. Hope you find my feedback useful.

What a treat my family had! It’s our first time in Nashville and the view of the property is amazing. I’m from a small town so when I say amazing it is. Along with the view the staff were very friendly and gave a great welcoming :) From the view to friendly staff, to walking into your luxury comfort room was the best! Thank you
