The staff was very helpful, parking was a bit of an issue. Unfortunately we stayed while some maintenance/ construction was taking place, so while out on our balcony and while relaxing by the pool we had background noise of hammer drills instead of birds.... not the staffs fault but it would have been nice to know this b4 hand.

Rugs were sticky in our room, bathroom only had one set of towels despite the reservation being for two people. We had to leave early for the airport, the shuttle was late then allowed only flight crew to board the shuttle. Had to call an uber to get to the airport in time.

The pool needs a good cleaning but other than that everything else was pleasant. Rooms are comfy, house keeping is nice and caring! The food was good for a late night snack! Drinks/bartenders are great as well!! Overall a great stay definitely a go to spot! Only 15 mins from Broadway.

Great service all around.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. We were treated well throughout our conference. Michael at the bar was very friendly, helpful, and able to answer our questions, even while handling several orders at a time. One elevator in the back corner was a bit scary between floors 3 and 4. It would start to shake and make noises. The courtyard was clean and well-maintained. If I'm back in the Nashville area I would stay there again.

Parking sucked , having to pay everytime we left. I think for the total price of our stay the parking should’ve been included but overall this hotel is Wonderful we really enjoyed our stay.
