Stayed on 12th floor. Decided to park own car. They make you park in the back and enter thru the back entrance. Plenty of self parking. Beautiful lobby but you never see it if you self park. Pool was packed with umbrellas only available with day beds and cabanas which required reservation and separate fee. Room was nice with balcony of great view of the pool and beach. Starbucks available, and very good steak house in lobby floor. On our last night, couple next door was fighting all night and kept us up until 4am. Would stay again.

I didn’t like that you have to request towels to get clean towels. If you shower twice in one day you have no clean towels. Don’t reuse towels to dry off with. Also have to request for your bed sheets to be replaced. The drinks at the bar pool didn’t seem to have any alcohol in it. I drank 3 drinks and didn’t feel a thing and I’m just a casual drinker. Usually feel an buz after one. Other than this it was an excellent stay.

Girls trip.

The massage therapist were great and spa was good except the closed the sitting room while we were getting our massages. Breakfast that morning was okay a bit expensive and the waitress cleared our table when we went to get refills and our phone and sun glasses were still on the table.

Most beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff! Loved the female manager who was working outside and all of the girls. They worked their buns off and even though they were short staffed and faced many adversities, just normal things happening, they were incredible and worked fast and hard. Their manager kept everyone working in conjunction with each other to keep operations moving smoothly even with all that was happening! I will absolutely come back time and time again ;)
