It is important for me to feel safe and cared for. The San Louis Resourt took care of me from the first minute I entered the lobby. The Registration specialist, Van, immediately made me feel welcome, showed me the facilities, discussed the restaurants, answered all my questions, and later she took excellent care of my family’s needs. The property was really nice. They had live music by the lobby. Not a quit stay. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. We could hear people taking at the other side of our room. We experience people doing pranks by the elevator at the 11th floor at 3am in the morning. At the pool the bar tender had to close out the tab twice due to “shift change” even though it was the same staff. We still had a good time at the pool and enjoyed the nice ocean views. :)

Only negative was the dining. We ate at Grotto. Very over-priced and the food was below average. Save your money. Not worth it.
