Rooms are large but the services are terrible. Expect a loong wait in the restaurant - the most chaotic I have ever seen. The breakfast is of awful quality, and whatever there is cannot be found two following days, even little jellys or oatmeal. I will certainly look elsewhere next time

The property is nice stayed there a few years ago. Doors (especially bathroom ) , counter tops and furnitures needs more attention . For the pull out sofa better bedding should be given to guests. The amount of monies spent. Staff all around was excellent. Our stay was great and will return when return to Grand Bahama.

Good Times at the Pelican Bay

The staff was warm and inviting from start to finish. The facilities were well kept and featured great bars and restaurants on-site. Walking distance to fun local attractions. The property was well designed and easy to navigate.

I have been to Exuma, Nassau and Abaco. They all have their strengths, this one was the best mix of amenities, bars and markets nearby. There's a back path directly to all of it from the hotel pool. The people are super friendly and the food was good. Room was more updated than the other 3 islands. Massive beach walking distance too. Safe. Cops walking around the market at night.

Location, location, location! Comfort and cleanliness! Walking distance to great restauranrs abd bars. Onsite restaurant Sabir's is excellent. Real bonus is water taxi and access to Taino Beach Resort. Highly recommend hotel.

Great Location! Friendly and professional staff. Restaurants, Shops and Bars within a few steps of the hotel. 24 hour security present. Very clean and a vibrant atmosphere. One of the best places to stay in Freeport.

I like the fact that the hotel is a very short walk to the Lucaya Marketplace and the Flying Fish restaurant is right next to the resort. The staff was friendly and helped me procure a taxi . They have a free shuttle to a nearby resort that is on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying at Pelican Bay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were well appointed, clean and modern. The property is very walkable with many dining options on property and close by. The location on the water is very serene and photo worthy! Pelican Bay was an excellent stay and provided great value for the money we spent.This would definitely be our first choice again.
