By far, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly, and the water park was beyond my expectations. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, and so full of details. 10/10

Allt var jÀtte bra förutom att man inte fÄr badtofflor eller badrock. SÄ om man inte har med sig tofflor, fÄr man gÄ barfota och det Àr rÀtt sÄ ofrÀscht. Blöt i hissen osv. Jag tycker det Àr givet pÄ ett badhotell. Annars allt andra jÀtte bra. Frukosten var jÀtte bra!

+ bra frukostbuffé - För dyr för den service man fick. Rummen saknade vattenkokare och kylskÄp, inget te/kaffe. ObekvÀma trÄnga sÀngar. Vanligtvis brukar hotell som Àven har vattenbassÀng/ jacuzzi erbjuda extra handdukar och tofflor, men hÀr fanns det inget inne pÄ rum, man fick be om det i receptionen att fÄ extra handdukar. BekvÀmligheter för familjer med spÀdbarn Àr mycket begrÀnsad. Personal med varierad servicekvalitet. Otroligt dyr mat, man fÄr inte be om kranvatten nÄgonstans, allt vatten kostar förutom rummet toavatten. Man borde fÄ mycket mer för det priset man betalar.
