Everything about the room was wonderful, but the pool did not have water, so it was closed. We had our grandchildren with us and they were wanting to go swimming. Nothing on the website about it being closed. They should at least let you know when you check in.

I stay at this Hampton often when I travel to Louisville for work. It is a nice, clean, quiet place. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Only words of wisdom are… plan ahead for food as there are not a lot of restaurants around.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked each morning. The TV in our room did not work. It turned on but the picture was completely distorted.

I had a 3 night stay. I made the reservations a few months earlier and they got the reservation wrong. More importantly, however, they never cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. We got in at 10:30 pm and that was the last time we saw a bed made, rooms cleaned, or towels provided. Terrible service when I inquired. Just didn’t care. I would never recommend this hotel or any Hampton Inn due to this experience.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. The traffic was a little noisy in the late evening, but either it settled down or was insignificant after we fell asleep, since it never woke us up. The breakfast was disappointing; signs in the breakfast area indicated eggs, omelets, and biscuits, none of which were on hand. There were greasy fried tater tots, two types of sausage, some yogurt, some cereal, some fruit, pastries, and waffles. If you don't eat pork and you're trying not to sugar up first thing, it was quite limited. But the hotel itself was nice, clean, and staff were friendly.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The building is in excellent condition, and our room is as nice as the pictures show. The whole room was clean, and the lobby was very nice and well lit. Breakfast was hot and delicious, and both days had good options. If I travel to Louisville again I would definitely stay here!

The beds were uncomfortable, pool was not open/operating (it was the beginning of May so maybe they don't open it until later). The area outside is extremely noisy, hotel sits right off the highway & you can hear all the road noise, so don't expect to sleep past 6am (even with the ac on). There's no happy medium with the ac, you're either stuffy & humid or freezing. The breakfast was decent but the attendant was very rude. The roads around the hotel are one way so it makes it a little inconvenient getting in & out. If ever in the area again, I would go elsewhere. The AM front desk attendant was very nice & helpful.
