Its an old hotel so has old world charm. It needs a coat of paint n bathroom need renovation most importantly they switch off heating at night 8ish n restart at 7 am . Happened all 3 nights . When I complained they said they didn’t switch off maybe something wrong with heater . This is the usual practice in all hotels i stayed in Germany in my 15 days trip
They have tea n coffee n cake in lobby from 10 am to 6 pm . A very nice thing

All the staffs was awesome but needs a vent in the bathroom. Room is a little dated but the restaurant is good. Tea time was good.

We ate breakfast one time here. $20 for a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs seem to be a bit much. Let’s get into the hotel. The room all spacious had no drawers where we could put our clothes the closet had enough room for 10 shirts 10 pants but only had one hanger. The parking is free and just off property and typical to Europe down a steep incline and type parking spaces. If you’re a good driver, you’ll have no problems at all. The hotel is very convenient to the bus station and a large train station 15 to 20 taxis outside the door at any given moment with taxi drivers that don’t mind yelling and screaming at each other at 2 o’clock in the morning but that said the room rate was very good. Our stay was two weeks long and we give this hotel 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

Check in as expected and arrived early and the room was ready. It had a working elevator. The mini buyer was free and contained two bottles of water, a bottle of beer and a Pepsi. The TV was not plugged in and the remote control did not work. It has a bathtub, but the Spicket does not allow to fill the bathtub relying on the showerhead. I would not rate this as a four-star hotel but it is extremely convenient being across from the train station in the area was safe. Overall, I was satisfied with the room and the cost.

The breakfast staff were amazing. Reception desk could use a little work on courtesy. The room was okay for the price but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows are very very flat and it was difficult to get some rest.

Staff at front desk man was helpful and friendly, but room wasn’t clean all of wall lights were dusty. Basin was leaking, shower drain was not draining quick enough. Kettle was not clean, my wife was beaten by insects. They said minibar is free but only water was give and other drink give once. Cola and beer was one bottle for two persons.

What a lovely hotel I was a bit unsure at first as near the station but the area was fine and I was out till 11pm with no issues. The hotel is just lovely the receptionist was polite helpful and friendly the hotel is spotless and the room a lovely big size and toasty and warm with widows that actually open. Nice selection in the mini bar and the bathroom clean with a great powerful shower

Our room was nothing like the pictures and incredibly worn down. The bed squeaked with every shift in sleeping position and was quite hard. All of the furniture in the room looked old and beat up. The chairs in the room were old conference room banquet chairs with questionable stains. The bathroom was a good size and was decently clean expect for a layer of dust on ledges and in corners. We chose to skip the breakfast since we figured if the hotel cannot keep up with maintenance and basic updates, then they might not be up to date on their food safety. The hotel’s proximity to the train station was nice but the few blocks around the hotel didn’t feel the safest to walk through at night.
