Our stay at the island resort was very comfortable. The other guests were friendly and the staff was great especially Laura, Michelle, and Lucy. The only complaint is that housekeeping never came and the towels were stained slightly. The pool was gorgeous and the grotto bar was fun. We had a very good stay. Thank you to the restaurant staff and bar staff for being so kind!

Room was pretty clean, nothing special. Had a standard room. Had problems checking in after paying on hotels.com and almost paid 3x the cost but ended up getting it figured out. Gorgeous place, nice walk to the beach, food , coffee shops and lots of pools on the property.

Check in ran much later than expected. Room was not as expected though maid service was excellent. There was a large gap around the door that you could see outside as we were in an outside room. The door had to be slammed to lock and we had to call service as it would not lock one time. The pools were very nice.

The large waterfall pool was very cold, it was beautiful but not enjoyable to swim in. The other smaller pool was just the perfect temperature. The Grotto bar is a fun feature but too cold to swim up to and to get soaked by a waterfall with your drinks in hand. The property is well maintained, great location to the beautiful beach. Did not like that you had to rent beach chairs especially in September when tourist season isn't as busy. But the beach was still pretty and enjoyable to walk or play in the water or sand with kids. The room by the pool was pretty but super loud at night. Everything is very expensive as well, but we had an overall nice stay.

The breakfast staff were terrible. The “queen” beds are really full size beds. The walls are paper thin. I loved the beach access. The bartenders were nice. There was no place to throw trash away inside the buildings. The place was clean and we had a great time for it being our first time.

The add on fees and taxes to your bill certainly add to an already expensive stay. We took the special offer of stay 2 nights and get 1 night free ... !! It still cost $722 .. definitely not worth the price. The room was ok, but the air con was old and very very noisy, kept us awake and the guests in the next door room with an interconnecting door, kept their tv on all night, so not the best stay.

It’s a very good place overall. The staff is extremely kind, and the customer service is excellent. The hotel offers good amenities and is relatively comfortable, though it can be a bit noisy due to limited soundproofing. It’s not particularly eco-friendly, as towels were replaced daily despite leaving them in the correct place for reuse. Although the hotel is somewhat old, the facilities and furniture are very well maintained over time and kept spotlessly clean.
