Loved it here.Right on the beach. Is in between a lot of places to eat and things to do. Staff was very friendly. Very clean. Had a leak in the room and money was taken off bill when we checked out so they made it right. Will definitely be returning.

The place itself was great! Loved the pools dining and location. The rooms were outdated. You could see the black mold coming through the paint at the top around bathroom/shower area. It’s was clean and loved the maid service daily. Just could use some updates in the room.

We booked their standard double room and upon arrival we were sent to a section of their resort that looked like a rundown roadside motel. The appearance of the building was nothing like what was sold on the website as a "resort". In the room, we found mouse poop on the floor next to the bathroom sink and our bedding was dirty and stained. When we addressed our concerns with the front desk they didn't apologize or offer to help with the dirty room situation. We left the resort and found another hotel, but not before having to pay more money for their resort fee and parking. I've requested a refund, but the resort has yet to respond on our refund request. Do not recommend this resort to anyone, buyer beware.

Everything was great if i had any negative feed back it would be parking. I don't agree to have to pay for parking and then they're not be any and i have to use over flow parking which is extremely far away. Other than that things were great.

Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay

Rooms were pretty funky. The air conditioner was terrible. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. I look forward to staying at hotels bc the beds are always so comfortable but not this place. The shower was terrible water pressure and water went all over the bathroom every time we showered. The price of the rooms was outrageous and then when we arrived they charged $24 per day to park our vehicle. Drinks and food was way over priced. For the price of the room, they should have at least offered a free breakfast.

We got there a Thursday evening , front desk staff was super rude . I bought the breakfast buffet package for each guest with me (5) when I arrived they said that Expedia doesn’t tell you that the buffet is only for “2 people” only , mind you when purchasing in the Expedia app it literally asks if you want to add the buffet for EACH guest , I explained that to the front desk and gave me a really hard time about it , they ended up just adding it as a “courtesy” . Also , my first two nights our AC kept malfunctioning , I called guest services three times and no one went to go look at it . I probably wouldn’t go back here . Place is over-hyped , too expensive, not worth it .
