Beautiful resort, rooms were pretty basic. Bathroom was very small. Also didn’t care that I had to pay for parking considering I had already paid alot of money for just the room. Kids loved the pool and loved easy access to the beach.

The amenities and location were nice. The room was a little tired. The bed was comfortable. We booked a suite with gulf views, but on the first floor, we could only see the dunes. There was coffee and cups but no coffee maker. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The patio to our room appears to not have been cleaned for a while (cigarette butts and trash). Our favorite part was the bar on the beach (although very pricey) and the cleanliness of the beach.

Paid extra for the garden view room. It was convenient on the first floor but it was small. The bathroom was very tiny. I did like that it had a small fridge and microwave even though we didn’t use it. We wanted to have a drink at the grotto bar but it seemed to always be closed. They gave us only 2 tickets for breakfast so our kids couldn’t eat it for free. This was disappointing considering we paid almost $300/night our stay was for 3 nights.

It was an okay stay.

Older than I thought. Cleaning service did not come, they actually just put a do not disturb sign on our door instead. Got a beachfront room and could hear the night time music through the closed door.

The location is excellent! Access to the ocean, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room we stayed in was small and not the cleanest. Also, the walls are paper thin. Could hear a crying baby our first 2 nights. The drink prices are high and we were also over charged for resort fees. We also received no discounts, free buffets or drinks after booking for 5 nights! We were told it was because we booked through Expedia.

Great for a family trip! The exterior doesn’t look great but it is very well kept inside. The breakfast buffet was great, restaurant style and beautiful. The rooms are very pretty with balconies and they have a microwave which was very useful. The TV has chromecast, easy to watch tv. Beach front. The beach is clean, gorgeous, very well kept. Will definitely come back.

It was an excellent resort stay for us , walkable distance to everything, nice pools spectate big hot pool was a blessing in spring weather, I would go back again for sure , dining was good but I would live if they would have more vegetarian options

The beach was very accessible from this property and the pool deck was fun especially for kids but that’s pretty much where the good stops. The rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. There was old bars of soap in the shower, no towels and the bed was dirty with sand. The parking was inconvenient and you had to pay to park on property! It was convenient for the convention we were there for, I will say.The food at the “breakfast buffet” was very average as was service,you could also pay to eat if you’d like. I wouldn’t recommend honestly unless nothing else is available.

On arrival the room wasn’t as clean. Sand all over the floor and food particles in the bed. Bee re Al fast buffet wasn’t bad, also wasn’t great. Had dinner 1 night on property and returned my meal, chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Pools/ hot tubs were great.
