The beds were super comfortable — which is always a big deal for us! The location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the beach and with the pool right outside our room. There were plenty of dining options both at the resort and within walking distance. The beach itself was absolutely stunning — hands down the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back! The breakfast buffet was just okay, and while the food and drinks were decent, they were pretty pricey. Coffee options could use a serious upgrade. That said, the staff were all incredibly kind and friendly, which made the stay even better.

I had two separate concierges on Thursday night (10/23) & Friday morning (10/24). Both were very accommodating & kindly agreed to hold our bags until our 3:00 PM check in to our Airbnb & were given tickets when time to collect our belongings. Unfortunately, our experience with the property’s security was extremely disappointing. Around 1:00 PM on Friday, while waiting by the grotto, a security guard approached & told us we weren’t allowed to be there. I explained that we were guests who had stayed the previous night & that the concierge had confirmed they would hold our belongings until we left at 3. The guard refused to listen & kept repeating himself rather than trying to understand the situation. I eventually gave up & began to gather my things to leave. Immediately after speaking with me, the same guard told the rest of my group in the reservation they had till 2:30 do to a private event. If this had been communicated from the start, we would have been more than happy to accommodate that schedule, but the guard made it very difficult to communicate or resolve the misunderstanding calmly. Overall, the situation was handled poorly, & the lack of coordination between concierge, & security created an unnecessary & uncomfortable experience. That said, the venue itself was beautiful! The beach, breakfast spot, & location were all wonderful. It’s a shame such a great setting was overshadowed by poor communication & an unprofessional handling of guests.

The buffett was closed and the service for breakfast was not great. Food cold after waiting a very long time to order etc. Room and everything else was great 4 stars instead of 5 due to breakfast issues. Hot tub is totally the best feature. Very hot with super jets. .

Upon reserving my room it gave me an option for buffet breakfast. When I went to get breakfast there was no such thing as free buffet breakfast included in my reservation. Their excuse was I know the breakfast buffet was included but it's not available today.

While hotel was decent and room was good, Charged $259 over for what? Breakfast said $12 for buffet, but was no buffet. Then said wanted to charge for parking, ok so I figure $10 or so. Leave and get a $259 charge for off season, no buffet, pools closed, terrible to charge this much for Monday to Wednesday stay and off season. Felt a bit scammed

Everything was amazing!!! The room was spacious, updated, and clean! The resort was wonderful… different restaurants and bars to pick from! Our room had a gulf view and was definitely worth it… there was live music every night at the beach bar and could just sit on our balcony and listen! Also, the boardwalk is right next door for more food, drinks, ice cream, and shop options With the amazing beach and so much to do in walking distance, we didn’t even move our car for days! Will definitely be back and stay again!!!
