I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing considering the high price. I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included, which I expected given the cost of the stay.
Additionally, there was a power outage that lasted for about an hour, and since I was staying on the fifth floor, I had to take the stairs, which was very inconvenient.
The room amenities were also very limited – the amount of coffee and water provided was minimal, and the fridge was extremely small. These small things made the stay feel less comfortable and not worth the price paid.
I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
