Highly recommended

Nice hotel with great decor and nice pools outside. One heated which was a bonus Our only gripe was that the bed was very low and difficult to get out of for two old guys like us!

I’d like to think I’m a straight talking Englishman, it’s not what I paid for ! Absolutely poor value for money, I was expected to drink from paper cups and use plastic beakers at over £ 200 per night ! Not only that, I expected a usual apt style as the advertising suggested- NO ! I got a bed a micro and coffee machine that I couldn’t fill unless I asked for a pod ! It’s a disgrace for this money !

Loved it but

The location is great it’s a very high end property and great space. The host is very accommodating but sometimes it takes a while for a reply. The main issues I have would be upkeep (some repairs are unavoidable so why wait until they have a large guest impact instead of dealing with proactively and not renting that room for the one day it takes to do) and privacy (to have any you have to lower the full shades which means you have no natural light and no easy way to come and go from the room since it covered the sliding door.) but overall it’s a great space and made up for it but these items are so easy to fix it’s a shame they detracted by not being done proactively. I got a discounted rate but had I paid the full rate it would have been more of an issue.

Charming oasis!!!

What a fantastic stay!! The property is well appointed and beautiful. The grounds are perfectly maintained and everything is decorated with whimsy and style . This oasis was quiet and serene , while still being within close proximity to all of the action on Wilton Drive !!! The staff was so kind, and accommodated both my arrival time and my need for privacy. I highly recommend anyone wanting a respite from the generic vibes of so many resorts give this place a try!!!

Cleaning Issue

The place was in an amazing location that was quiet and relaxing with great guest for neighbors. My only complaint was the uncleanliness of the room which was quite a surprise. I noticed the area underneath the bed seemed like it had not been cleaned on more than one occasion and had crumpled plastic bottles, and other items on the floor. I called the service number listed and the guy on the line informed me he would come in the morning to take care of the issue and clean room. The morning came and no service was provided. Upon checking out, I called the service number once again to ensure I checked out properly. This time I talked to the main guy and he asked me about my stay. I informed him about the uncleanliness and he was shocked and highly apologetic that the room was not thoroughly clean for arriving guest. He stated the cleaning guy was heading out of town for the weekend and he wished I would have called him because he would have taken care of the problem immediately. I thanked him and said noted for next visit. Again, my only complaint was the uncleanliness under the bed and if I have future visits to Fort Lauderdale, I would stay here again.

Great Room Great place great everything

Was one of the best trips and hotel ( guesthouse )I have stayed at in a every long time, Owners were great friendly and kind. They are quite but do talk to you and make you feel like family not as a guest. The room I had was great roomy nice bed big comfy big tv. 2 nice pools Lap pools to use and a jacuzzi. Very quite and safe. Will always check to see if they have room for me before checking others.
